KALANGADOO coach Ben Mules lived the perfect footy fairytale last season when he returned to his home club and took the Magpies to the flag.
His team begins its premiership defence at “Mick” and Jean Walker Oval at Mount Burr on Saturday when it takes on Glencoe in the cut-throat first semi-final of the Mid South East Football League.
This season has been a homecoming of sorts for new Glencoe coach Keith Ransom who has had over 20 years away from the MSEFL.
